[Plugin: Pinterest "Pin It" Button] Add a Vertical Box Count Button Option

Hi, this is a cool plugin, I like having it both at the top and bottom of the page. I’d like to have an option to have the Vertical Pin It with Pin Count button, shown here:

I’ll probably just paste the code right into single.php for now, but would love to have this all in an easy plugin.
