[Plugin: Pinterest Plugin] Doesn't work with TF Social Share plugin

I have a plugin installed called TF Social Share which puts a pin button at the top and bottom of the post.

If I install Pinterest Plugin it displayed the pin button outside of the image and isn’t the same Pinterest Plugin pin button but the default one from TF Social Share.

I guess the two plugins are clashing.

Is there any way to fix this?
