[Plugin: Plugin Options Starter Kit] Image link error?

When I activated the plugin the images were all broken… because the links are

<img style="border:1px #ccc solid;" src="<?php echo plugins_url(); ?>/wp-content-filter/images/facebook-icon.png" />
<img style="border:1px #ccc solid;" src="<?php echo plugins_url(); ?>/wp-content-filter/images/twitter-icon.png" />
<img style="border:1px #ccc solid;" src="<?php echo plugins_url(); ?>/wp-content-filter/images/pc-icon.png" />

I changed /wp-content-filter/ in /plugin-options-starter-kit and it works…
