[Plugin: Plugin Organizer] What is the Alternate Admin Setting for?

The old admin pages for managing groups and plugin order are no longer needed but they are still in the code. I’m leaving the code there for now in case someone has a problem with the new functionality that has been added to the bulk actions of the plugin admin page. If you uncheck it the Load Order and Groups menu items under Plugin Organizer will disappear from your menu. These admin pages will be removed in a future version if no one is having issues with the bulk actions functionality.
