[Plugin: Polldaddy Polls & Ratings] Ratings not showing up

We’ve moved a site from WordPress.com to self-hosted and installed the plugin. The polls show up, but I’m hoping there’s a way to bring over our post ratings. The theme has the wp_footer hook, and other plugins are writing to the footer, but the none of 500 posts we moved over is showing a rating.
