• This is not about the plugin’s functionality – it works great! – but just about the GUI: the new Ratings function (at last, good job!) has been given a separate menu item, next to the existing Polls menu item, which in my opinion is a bit rich for one relatively simple plugin’s real estate footprint.

So, why not create a single Polls/Ratings menu?

I suppose this has been given thought; again, I understand that ratings and polls are substantially different things – it’s just that from a purely functional POV both settings or functional aspects belong to the same plugin. Which in the end essentially deals with harvesting visitor appreciation metrics, no?

When I’m fiddling with a plugin’s settings, I expect it in just one place, and not scattered about. I really dislike that as it presumes that I keep track where everything is and that’s in the end not really user-friendly – but that’s just my $0.02.

So here’s my vote (punctuated with a star, a thumbs up, a heart, and a chocolate chip cookie) for a single menu entry. Neener.

Still, good job on the plugin.
