Now you have to find where the string is displayed on frontend and replace $data['homepage_block_title_1'] by pll__($data['homepage_block_title_1'])

The content of home page is coming from theme options The services blurbs, doctors, testimonials, everything inserted from theme options. can you please tell me a solution how i can translate that content ?? if the above solution works for me where do i start ?
