[Plugin: Polylang] Text won't show

I am attempting to create a site that will be viewable in both russian and english. I have the plugin working. But for some reason when I post, the text for the russian doesn’t display properly on the site or in the admin. Here is a link so you can see what I mean. https://208.76.87.95/~mtcattle/?lang=ru
