[Plugin: Polylang] v 0.7 – pencils and disappeared

    Hello All,

    I fully agree with all who voiced their appreciation and support for Chouby. It is brilliant plug-in. So simple, yet so functional!!!

    On another note.
    I have just upgraded my test site to v 0.7.
    All seems to work fine with one exception. All pencil and + icons that indicate links between pages, posts, categories, tags, etc disappeared!
    Relevant posts and pages are still linked, 2 language versions of the website work but any indication of this in the WP dashboard is no longer existent.

    Any ideas what might be the reason and how to rectify?

    I changed that in 0.7. Before, the pictures were loaded directly from php. They are now loaded from css. Is the file polylang/css/admin.css loaded correctly ?

    I can see that there are 2 files: admin.css and icons.png in the folder wp-content/plugins/polylang/css

    How can I check if it loads correctly?

    I do that with the Firebug extension in Firefox (or Chrome). I don’t know for IE (I believe there is something now in IE9).

    It may be a cache issue. Could you try to empty your browser cache ?

    Well. I do not what happened but I can see both the pencils and + signs.

    Perhaps I had to log out from the WP dashboard after upgrading to version 0.7 and log back in in order to see the icons (to have the .css file loaded up properly)?

    Yeah, same thing happened to me, I couldn’t see them at first, but then I started seeing them.

    I believe I know why it happened (cache issue). I will make things better for future releases.
