[Plugin: Post Expirator] Time Zone Working as of 1.4

I gave this a little test and used it to set my post to draft as of a given time. It did exactly as specified according to my local time zone. I like this plugin and will continue to use it. The only thing I would and might add is the ability to set the date using the quick edit interface. Thanks
