[Plugin: Post Page Associator] Post-page associator: Upgrading to 3.2 RC1 breaks it

Hi

Just upgraded to 3.2RC1 and PPA is no longer visible on the Page creation / edit screen. The donation request on the dashboard is there however. Could the author confirm that PPA works with 3.2 before I make a donation?

This also happens on a clean install, no plugins running except that one on the default theme.
