[Plugin: Post Ratings] Suggestion: set rating to 0 initialy

Currently we can’t order posts using rating or votes meta keys because posts which have not been voted yet, do not have these keys. So if rating and votes meta keys were set to ‘0’ initially we can order posts by rating using WP_Query function.
