[Plugin: Post Snippets] Conflict with WordPress Download Monitor

@Myatu: Thanks for the report. I can reproduce your issue. Checking into the cause, it seems like WordPress Download Monitor bootstraps wp admin without the is_admin() flag getting set. Without is_admin() set, Post Snippets doesn’t load admin classes (to speed up frontend), which causes it to fail when WDM bootstrap wp admin. I can add an extra check in Post Snippets, to see if it is loaded in an unusual way like this, to make it work in this circumstance.

@Myatu: Update to the latest version, 1.8.9.2, it should handle the WordPress Download Monitor environment fine.
