    Sorry its taken me so long to get back to you, wordpress didn’t send me the email…

    I can’t really tell what the problem is from what you’ve posted. It doesn’t look like you have made a selection/crop on the image itself. In order to go to step 2, you have to select both the thumbnails that you want to crop on the right hand side, and then make the crop on the left hand side.

    Does that make sense? Are you already doing that?
