    The plug-in use the level attribute to ensure if for a role it should display or not the re-order menus. So you must make sure that the new custom role contain attributes like level_0, level_1 etc.
    Anyway for the advanced version of this plug-in, the custom roles feature is coded and will be available in the next release.
