When you say ‘blank’ do you mean completely white or just without any connection types?

You don’t create connection types through the admin page. You create them through code:

Well I feel like an *** :p There were simply no connection types – so the admin page was blank. I totally did not read the usage guide – once read and I added the code to my theme the new connection type showed up just fine. My bad ??

It may be helpful to have a notice on the admin screen reminding folks like me to read the docs ??

Yeah, the empty table did look pretty strange. Fixed in the development version.
