[Plugin: Posts By Tag] Changing the Thumbnail Size

A 40×40 would do the trick for me. Is this at all feasible?

Right now it is not possible to change it without changing the Plugin code.

In future I might add a setting, so that you can do it from the settings page.

This would be a great feature to add; I’d use it!
