[Plugin: Posts By Tag] Excluding the current post?

I noticed that this plugin/widget will also display the current post. Is there any way to disable this?

I’m tried making a “test” tag, adding it to all the posts with the original tags, and then excluding it. That didn’t exclude the current post, unfortunately.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
