[Plugin: Posts per Cat] Limited to 1 Page/Set-up?

This plugin is good but it seems to me its only applicable to a one page. What I mean is, if I set-up a page for a certain category/categories to be displayed on that page, then there is no problem, however if set-up another page for another category/categories to be displayed then how I do it? its not possible to do because there’s only one set-up. For example, I have music page and all artist will be displayed there, and then I have another page which will display blogs and all blogs should be displayed there.
Another thing is, if I choose to display only one category on a page and I set-up to 3 column display, that category I have chosen should occupy those 3 columns and have a pagination.
