    that’s odd indeed. I haven’t come across this before. Are you able to run your server in WP_DEBUG mode and get some insights into what is causing this error on the server side. 403 is usually connected to some resources being accessed with insufficient rights.

    I double checked this on my server, and the plugin is functioning correctly. I can only assume that you’re having some kind of issue on your server. Have you tried to run in WP_DEBUG mode?

    Hi thanks for checking – I think I did try WP_DEBUG mode at some stage. I don’t think it enlightened me at all. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to chase this anymore at present, since I have a workaround (which, again unfortunately, was essentially to stop using your plugin!).

    I’m pretty sure you’re right and it’s something at out end, since everything was working fine and it all broke when IT changed our firewall. I just thought I’d make you aware in case it was something obvious.
