    The following annoying popup doesn’t allow to save the product:

    This product belongs to a category or tag that is excluded from the Facebook catalog sync. It will not sync to Facebook

    Any suggestions?

  • Hi @kostritsaalex,

    It sounds like the product has the setting enabled for “include in Facebook sync“, yet the category is excluded too.

    As a quick workaround, it should be possible to remove/uncheck the “Include in Facebook sync” from using either the Bulk Actions or directly on the product itself. You can read more about how to do this from our documentation page.

    Would it be possible to give this a go, and let me know if you can then update the product successfully?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the reply.

    I haven’t seen that “Facebook” section but I found it when switched to the Regular products.

    For some reason it doesn’t display for custom type “Auction” product provided by YITH Auctions. Could you please see if you can make this compatible?
