    Hi

Since the last update this plugin has prevented any WooCommerce emails from being sent. The emails are logged, but never reaches any inboxes. The moment I deactivated the plugin, all emails worked again.

I think the emails were prevented from sending by an internal server error created by the plugin (the internal server error warning pops up on checkout). When I deactivated the plugin, the internal server error was also gone.

I really hate deactivating this plugin, because I actually use it a lot. This is a busy website that receives many orders a day, and having such a great tool to track all emails has been really helpful. I would love if you could offer any advice or fixes.

Hey @minki-pool, this is probably related to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/uncompatibility-with-gravity-forms/

I’ve just tried installing WooCommerce with WP Mail Catcher locally and placed some orders, everything works fine.

Can you paste the exact error your getting, here’s a quick guide on accessing your logs https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/

If you could also let me know what plugins you have installed that would also be helpful.

    Cheers,
    James

Hi @wardee, thanks for getting back to me. We don’t use Gravity Forms on the website (we use VFB Pro) so I don’t think it’s the forms plugins, but rather the way that WP Mail Catcher interacts with the email sending from WordPress / Woocommerce (and forms plugins also send emails, so that’s why it might seem connected).

The plugin list is as follows:

    • Advanced Woocommerce Product Gallery Slider
    • Akismet Anti-Spam
    • BackWPup
    • Classic Widgets
    • Conversios.io – Google Analytics and Google Shopping plugin for WooCommerce
    • Convert Plus
    • Customer Reviews for WooCommerce
    • Custom Post Type UI
    • Defender
    • Easy WC Google Merchant Center Reviews
    • Improved badges for woocommerce
    • Location Picker At Checkout For WooCommerce
    • Mailchimp for WooCommerce
    • MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress
    • OneSignal Push Notifications
    • Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce
    • Product Size Chart for Woocommerce
    • Safe SVG
    • Server IP & Memory Usage Display
    • Slider Revolution
    • UberMenu 3 – The Ultimate WordPress Mega Menu
    • Unite Gallery Lite
    • VFB Pro
    • Woo Checkout Editor
    • WooCommerce
    • WooCommerce Loyal Customer
    • Woocommerce Mailchimp Discount
    • WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers
    • WooCommerce Shipment Tracking
    • WooCommerce SnapScan Gateway
    • WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos
    • WooCommerce Wirecard Gateway
    • Woo Discount Rules
    • WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter

Hi @minki-pool, thanks for the update. Yes I agree, can you paste the exact error your getting from your error logs when it happens.

At the moment I’ve got a rough idea on where the issue is, but can’t be sure my fix will solve it unless you can let me know the error you’re getting.

    Cheers,
    James

I’ve just released v2.0.2 which might fix this. I’m going to mark this as resolved so I can keep things organised. If this is still an issue please open an issue on the GitHub tracker and make sure you paste the error you’re getting ??
