[Plugin: Prime Strategy Page Navi] Installation Trouble/Confusion

I am currently using the “Clear Line Theme” so the default page navigation looks like; <<<last page—–next page>>>>. It’s lame, and very primitive looking.

So I downloaded the plugin, but i can’t figure out where to change the coding. The installation directions are very confusion and not specific enough (at least for a n00b like me).

Help please! I can provide my codes, if it helps…
