Plugin Pro version make critical error Wordpess

  • I bought Pro version 5 June 2023, I read about this plugin and hoped for great functional.

    Today finally I activate this plugin on my new site (WordPress/Kadence/WooCommerce/Volume Discount Coupons for WooCommerce/PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce/YayCurrency/Yoast SEO) and I got critical error WordPress.

    I try again activation and again critical error. Very pity I put to window 49 EUR, because return possible only 14 days (as usually is 30 days).

    So, be attentive with this plugin. Try immediately when buy it to be possible make return.

    Sorry, that the plugin has caused problems on your WordPress installation.

    Did you actually contact us in support via https://devowl.io/support? If not, it would be a bit unfair to give a 1-star rating right away without giving us a chance to solve the problem on your end.

    I try again activation and again critical error.

    Could you please check your PHP/server error log to see if there is an error logged regarding our plugin? If you don’t know where to find and/or interpret it, please contact your technical contact or hoster, as this can vary from system to system.

    I wrote to mail that displayed on the home-site this plugin as support email, but I have no notifications that you received my mail. So it not clear. I respect your rule about 14 days return, this my mistake that I bought plugin too early.

    I would like plugin works by default, I use classic set of the plugins on my site.

    To be objective, I will try again on the new clear WordPress, and I will activate all WooCommerce plugins after Cookies banner.

    I will write after my another one test.
