[Plugin: Profile Builder] starting a new site and wondering if this plugin will help

I plan to create a membership site where users can submit information (name, address, phone number, notes) multiple times creating a database of information that all users will be able to access and search. Is this plugin going to be the right tool for me to use to accomplish this?
