[Plugin: Profile CCT] Profile List & Person Pages not showing

Hi! So far this plugin is great and exactly what I am looking for. So easy to configure!! i have successfully used the shortcode to show a filtered list on one of my site pages but the person profile page that the link clicks through to is displaying nothing.
as in:https://example.com/person Displays nothing
https://example.com/person/persons-name/ Displays nothingDo you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance ??
