Plugin Profile image not displaying

    Hello – The ultimate plugin is not displaying user profile pictures and it also said “false” under each name on the directory with all listed members. How can this be fixed?

    Hi @sopw,

    Please make sure that you have not set members as a child page.
    You can also try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
