[Plugin: ProjectManager] Multisite Not working

Im using this and Leaguemanger. Leaguemanger is working just fine, but when I try and use this plugin on any one of my subdomain multisites it doesnt work. I get it to install, and it shows in the site, and I do the DB upgrade, and then when I try and add a project, it doesnt add it to the DB

Any ideas?
