[Plugin: Promotion Slider] Featured Image does not fill the Promotional Slider area

Hope this finds you well!

We love the Promotional Slider, but are having difficulty making it look right. It has a gray bar around the bottom and continues to the left side of the Featured Image. How do I fix this? Are there specific dimensions the file should be set at? Please help when you have chance. our website is foxfit.net
