[Plugin: ProPlayer] Restart video when entering fullscreen (HD)

Hi I just noticed that when I play video in normal size with pro player 4.7.7 it uses low quality and if I open the video to fullscreen when the video has started the quality is really low. But I also noticed when I enter to fullscreen instantly when the player loads the video or move the time to 0 when in fullscreen mode the quality changes to hd (I used pro player to play youtube video). So my question is that is there anyway to get the video to restart if user enters to fullcreen during the video? So it would be more comfortable that the user can watch the video with hd quality (even if it starts over again) than watch the video with really low quality?
