[Plugin: PS Disable Auto Formatting] Not working

WordPress Visual Editor still removing
, <–comments–> and adding <p> </p>

I have tried 3 different plugins for this problem and none of them work.
I have disabled all other plugins and tried on more than one theme.
Any suggestions??

I’m so annoyed I’m considering using another CMS!!
