    After purchasing license key, should the free version be de-installed before installing licensed version, or can you just install over it?

  • No, the free WP-CRM System plugin needs to remain installed in order for any purchased add-ons to work. Certain paid purchases may have come with the WP-CRM System plugin as well, which is the same plugin as you would download from the WordPress plugin directory.
