[Plugin: Q and A – FAQ Plugin] Make Input Filters like BlogText work for FAQ content

At first: A big thank you for providing this great plug-in. I really love it, there is only one thing I would like to see: I am using BlogText (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/blogtext/) to make editing posts and pages easier and I would really like to use it also in the content of my Q and A answers, but unfortunately the syntax is not expanded to the expected HTML.
