[Plugin: Q and A] Plugin causing 404 errors in category archive

    You’ll need to set a slug for your FAQ permalinks, and it needs to be a page that exists on your site. By default this is set to ‘faqs’, and the plugin will offer to create this page if it doesn’t already exist. You can change it to whatever you want – just set it to any page on your site where you’ve entered the [qa] shortcode and then your FAQ permalinks will be set.
