[Plugin: Q&A] Anonymous Redirects Not Working?

I purchased 1.01 version of this plugin some months ago, and am only now getting around to installing it (my “subscription” has since lapsed, apparently), however I am having several issues with it.
My most immediate issue is that fact that “Login and Submit” (anonymous posting), is only saving the posts as drafts, and never allows them to be published, even after the users login.
The proper behavior should be that after a successful login, the post is published and the user taken back to it. This is not the case.
