Plugin QandA FAQ – no menus in admin

  • I have this plugin installed at https://www.sherpaoutpost.com (site is intentionally not live yet).

    For some reason, there are no submenus in wp-admin and the only option appears to be to reorder the ONE FAQ that I entered as a test.

    I have uninstalled and deleted the plugin and reinstalled it again to no avail.

    It was working on the throwaway development domain prior to moving it to the real domain, and it still is working there. It is not working on the LIVE site, where it would be more important to have it functioning properly.

    What is the solution? Please help!
