[Plugin: qTranslate] How to translate breadcrumbs links?

Hi, I’m using the latest version of qTranslate along with WordPress 3.9; everything works correctly, however, the breadcrumbs always redirects me to the original language site (spanish); is there any way to translate the links depending on the language (if it’s in english, add the ?lang=en)? I would appreciate your help, thanks!
