[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] Hierarchy of sorting categorie relations

Hi, I love the plugin and it really works great. I have one question is it possible to have the relationship between the categories reversed.
eg. country – province 1, province 2 – city1.1 city1.2 city 2.1 is the structure within a category group. At this moment if I select city 1.1 it only gives all posts related to city 1.1, if I select province 1 I get all for province 1 and city 1.1 and if I select country I get country + province 1 & Province 2 + city 1.1, city1.2and city 2.1

I would love it if I could revese the outcome of my selection. So if i select country i only get the results for country. If I select province 1 I get province 1 and country and if i select city 1.2 i get city 1.2 + province 1 + country

Is this possible?
