[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] Querying Taxonomies showing random, irrelevent results

Having some trouble getting this plugin to work with my theme.
Using WP Ecommerce and Origami Theme from Themeforest.
Querying multiple taxonomies delivers irrelevent results.

Choosing checkbox for product category manufacturer>CROUSE HINDS displays some correct results, but also displays results from other products that are in other manufacturer categories (ie manufacturer>CUTLER HAMMER and manufacturer>GENERAL ELECTRIC)
