Got it. Was missing a trailing slash:

function my_qmt_base_url( $base ) {
    return qtrans_convertURL($base).'/';
}
add_filter( 'qmt_base_url', 'my_qmt_base_url' );

I have problem – when subscribe reply site goes to default language. May be your method could help.
Could you more detailed explain where to exactly I need to insert it?

You need to download, install and activate the plugin qtranslate (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/qtranslate/)

Then you need the code I wrote above and put that in your theme’s functions.php file.
