[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] taxonomy terms all gone after 1.61 upgrade

Hi,

Prior to upgrade to wp3.4.2, I encounter a fatal error with previous version of your plugin.

I read that just update to 1.61 will resolve the error. But after upgrade, all the filter taxonomy dropdown terms all gone. Somehow the filter is not working.

My css also broken as I previously manage to style it horizontal, now somehow, its not responding to my css class.

All my custom post tax terms are all intact.
