• I like to know what i need to ask my customer as for what POS system are they going to use for this plugin to work? Does this plugin also offer a way for add on ingredients like sandwich add ons?

  • Hi!
    I have a customer that uses Clover POS and is looking to allow online ordering on their current WordPress site. Their main concern is that the orders will flow off their website and into an email. They would like the orders to automatically come onto the POS screen without monitring an email account.
    Is that how the plug-in works? Will the orders go straight into the POS system?

    Hello,

    I’m glad you asked this question. Unlike a lot of other online ordering solutions where you have to constantly monitor your e-mails for an Online Order. This plugin along with the Clover app “Smart Online Order” prints the orders automatically just seconds after it has been placed. It also alerts the business owner with a pop-up message on the Clover screen. It can also be setup where the merchant can get an e-mail along with a text message.

    Also, if the business owner has a kitchen printer, it can be setup to have the orders sent directly to the kitchen printer while the customer receipt can be sent to the Clover POS. This makes everything effortless. We put a lot of work and effort to make it very user friendly so the business owner can focus on running their business and not worrying whether an Online Order came through or not.
