Plugin Question

  • Hi there, thanks for hard work guys.
    I have a client with need of 2 sidebars on the sides. left one shows all post categories, and the right one shows Ads. My client wants that the ads are always related to the post watching at the moment. So, a widget on right sidebar, with related posts should do the thing, but of course on the next category the same ads will show. Can i use your plugin in any way for that? and if yes, what widget to use for showing the ad, and where to store the related pics (ad pic). If i store them as post, a related post widget would show also some of the main posts there and not only ad pics. Any way to help? thanks so much

    Hope you’re doing well ??

    Custom Sidebars will allow you to select different sidebar for each of your posts, so you can create new sidebar for each of the ads that you are going to show and then allow your right sidebar to be replaced.
    Now go to your posts and you will see an option to select sidebar for Right sidebar, select the one with your desired ad and that should be it.

    As for the widget to use, that really doesn’t matter as Custom Sidebars will work with all widgets, just as regular sidebar.
