[Plugin: Quick Page/Post Redirect DEV] brings garbled google search results?

I’ve recently moved my blog from https://www.genesisproject.org to https://www.livingavision.org, thus I’ve used this plugin to handle the redirects to the posts on my new site.

Now, when I do a search for my new site (www.livingavision.org) in google I get all these garbled results which aren’t helpful for my page ranking nor helpful to attract people to click the links.

For example:

Could anyone enlighten me what might be happening here and how to resolve this?
