[Plugin: Quick Post Management] I see nothing

    Hello Li An, what theme do you use? Have you checked the plugin settings? What WP do you run and what version of PHP?

    Twenty Ten. Checked. WP 3.4.2. Php 5.2.17

    Just checked it on Twenty Ten. WP 3.4.2. PHP 5.3.9 all works perfectly. The quick managing links are below every post and page.

    Twenty Ten version is 1.4.

    Let’s check your theme version. If not, then it is only the PHP version. Though unlikely. Have the plugin running on other servers, other themes, etc. All work okay.

    Are there any other plugins potentially interfering with the_content / the_excerpt filters?

    Also, the links are added in this block:

    <div class="qpm">
...
</div>

    Thus check, that class qpm is not “hidden” or something. Again, unlikely.

    Cannot find it. Maybe I’m the only one to have a problem… Well, the best is to wait to see if anybody else meets the problem.

    In your case, it may be another plugin that changes the_content.

    It’s a test blog – no other plugin.

    Then it is strange. Is there any errors on plugin activation?

    Apparently current_user_can ( "editor" ) is returning false on your blog, even for site admins.

    It may have to do with the site localisation. Would need to debug it deeper in your WP, but have no access.

    I any case, had added an extra check in QPM and now all works fine.

    Version 0.0.3 of the plugin now handles your case correctly as well.

    Let me know if you want to be credited in the changelog. Will have your name and link, if you don’t mind.

    No need to be credited ?? I was wondering if it could be localisation as I had a problem one time wiht one plugin for this reason. But I forget to talk about it.

    Well, testing… If I click on one link, I’m redirected on the plugin options page and the action (draft – private…) is not done. Is it normal ?

    There are several quick links. The last quick link is indeed for the settings page. You can hide that link, and/or show other quick links.
