[Plugin: Quick Post Widget] Guest email alert option

I know this request has been made already but i m not able to add guest email subscribe option with widget . Currently i m using this on my site and its working great for my guest user. I m just missing a one feature.

Can anyone tell me how to add extra email custom field ?
