[Plugin: Quick Post Widget] Guest who are not signed in can't post

I am trying to set it up so that anyone can submit a post to my blog if they want, and select a category to post it under, but if they’re not signed in it wont let them. I have selected allow guests (not logged-in) and it still doesn’t work.

I also set the default guest user not signed in as an author.

Is there something I can do?
