[Plugin: Quick Post Widget] Oops! Can't find the admin panel!

This is embarrassing to ask but. . . where is the “admin panel” for WP Quick Post, but customizing preferences for this widget?

I installed it, its working OK, but I spent 1/2 hour searching all over Dashboard for the admin panel.

I’m sure its obvious….but I can’t find it!
