[Plugin: Quick Tabs] link directly to tab within a group

I have been using the quick tabs plugin and have successfully created multiple tabs within a group. My question is how can I directly link a page to the tab within a group. Lets say when I click on the page I want it to directly open up the 2nd tab and not the first. I don’t know much about HTML or CSS coding, I’m new at this.. thank you for your help.
