[Plugin: Random / Rotating Ads V2] adding adds to template

I have datafeer running on several websites across different templates and not having any issues. Setup a new site today with a different template and if i use the plugin in either the sidebar or the top 468 banner i get nothing to show up.
If i take the code from 1 of the ads and put in a txt box (within widget area) and then put the txt box in the section all is fine.
Please have a look im stuck.
